Way before Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker teamed up with Steve & Barry's for her Sex and the City clothing line, she was inspired to create her very own fragrance. Sarah Jessica Parker wanted something casual and not over-powering, a scent that women can wear for both work and play.
Her love of layering unexpected fragrances led her to create Lovely By Sarah Jessica Parker. It possesses a blend of lavender, orchid and amber mingle with apple martini, paper whites and musk. She used memories of her mother's perfume in creating this fragrance and it reflects glamor, innocence and power.
There are 3 layers to this fragrance : The top layer consisting of mandarin, bergmot, rosewood, lavender, and apple martini gives off a soft scent. The middle layer includes patchouli, paper whites, and orchids which are very subtle and not over-powering as many floral scents can be. The bottom layer includes cedar, white amber, musk, and woodsy scents.
The conbination of all 3 layers give you a feminine, sophisticated and sweet-smelling Lovely. It can be worn by women of all ages as the scent is appropriately refreshing and light.
